The Conductor drives a state machine across phases (plan → architect → code → test → review), dispatching eight specialist sub-agents and pausing at human-checkpoint gates. Handles mid-flight requirement mutations and emits provider-abstracted code. Distinct from zaj-vibecode (both are under evaluation; may merge later).
